ZooBoo!!!!

We went to the ZooBoo celebration at the Indianapolis Zoo for the second year. I think we are going to have to make this an annual event because it is just too much fun seeing all of the kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes. They hand out candy and treats and also have a pavilion of activities for the kids. Unfortunately Camden didn't get to see the Zebras like he was hoping but he did have a great time. Carson did get to see the lions and they were surprisingly active. As always I think their favorite part were the water animals....fish, sharks, seals, polar bears, a walrus, and penguins.

Rethlake's 2nd Annual Halloween Party

I think all of the kids had a fun time celebrating Halloween. This year was more fun for all of us...I think mostly because the kids were older and were able to participate in some activities. Not many helped carve the pumpkins but they did enjoy seeing them turn into pumpkin heads. I think their favorite parts were jumping on the ball, and painting with detergent on a tarp under the black light.

Fall Day

We spent Sunday morning on the Potter's Bridge Trail walking and playing along the White River. The boys loved discovering nature and they found plenty of things to throw in the water. It was a beautiful fall day in Indiana.

Children's Museum

Abby had last Thursday and Friday off for Fall Break and she was so nice to spend one morning taking the boys to the Children's Museum through the Haunted House. We of course went during the non-scary hours when they leave the lights on. Camden seem to really like it. Carson went along for the ride and I think their favorite part was the end when they got a bouncey musical ball and some smarties that Abby spoiled them with. Afterwards Camden wanted Mommy and Carson to go home and for Camden to stay at Abby's house:)

Bathtime Fun!!

Here is a glimpse of what it is like trying to give two boys a bath. Camden is getting braver by the day and Carson has never needed any help trying to keep up with Camden. They seem to have lots of fun while Mommy tries to keep all of the water in the tub. Somehow I always seem to lose that battle.

Go Red Sox!!!!!!

Carson just wanted to say "GO RED SOX!" , but instead he chose to show his pride by showing off his paci. Daddy said it was okay to cheer on the Red Sox since the Cardinals blew their chances long ago.
