Memorial Day Weekend

For the second year we had Abby, Zach, and Bennett over on Sunday to listen to the Indy 500. And this year we had an extra (special) visitor. My Grandpa was up from Florida for my cousin Kaylin's H.S. Graduation from Center Grove. It is always good to see him when he is in town and he spent all day Sunday with us while my parents and Andrew went to the race. It was a hot, hot day...but we had lots of fun between listening to the race, playing in the water, and cooling down with cold drinks.
We each drew out 3 race car driver's names and an extra for each family.  This year's winner was Bennett. Here Cooper is trying to make sure he gets the "good" race car drivers...really he is just saying "cheeeese" for me. He does it now every time he realizes he is getting his picture taken.

Gotta love the sand...we are now on our second bag and Summer hasn't officially started. We went through our first in about a month thanks to Cooper taking big shovel fulls and dumping them.
Cooling off in the slip-n-slide.
Camden sharing with Great-Papaw his "Preschool Memories" binder. I think he had Grandpa cornered for about an hour talking about his preschool year.
